Adult Body Shaping Workout

The 1 hour class includes a warm-up, calories burning exercises, assigned area workout, with a final stretch. Each class will have two designated areas, such as arms, abs, etc.

Students need to bring their own yoga mats, clean sneakers, and props required (e.g. dumbbells, elastic bands, etc.).
